Hi everyone, Sorry for my loooong absence, and to all those kind enough to stop by here and look at my stuff.  To quickly explain why I suddenly dropped off the planet, last fall my husband and I separated for ten weeks.  Since we were together for over 21 years, this was devastating and traumatic.  We got back together on Christmas Day, and our marriage is now stronger than ever (nice to be lovey-dovey again! :)), but I've been struggling to find my groove again.  Now I'm finally back! It's been crazy busy around here these past few months: my younger daughter graduated, and I seem to keep biting off *almost* more than I can chew.  In addition to all the work you see me put up here, I'm also getting ready for three gallery shows: the Tomato Art Fest here in August, another doll/photography solo show in December, and a book show here in September.  Yep, I'm putting out a book!  Sixty-two pages fully written and illustrated by myself: "Little Girls are Evil".  It'll be a small run, and after the show, I hope to find a publisher for it. Hi, all!  I have great news: my first solo gallery show is coming up soon!  It's entitled "Outland", and it will showcase my dolls and odd photography (mostly toys, and a lot of TTV- through the viewfinder).  Some of the dolls featured will be: -Eleanor the Bad Neighbor -Mina and Marie -Grillon -Nubbies -Frannie Mae and many more! So, if you're in the Nashville, Tennessee area, please come out on April 3, 2010 for the opening at the MIR Gallery.  It runs from 6-9 p.m., and there will also be music and free drinks.  I'm especially excited for this because it opens during the First Saturday Gallery Crawl, and barring a sudden late snow
